Having built cognitive technology that analyzes emotions, I can tell you 3 things for sure:
1. Triangulating emotions, and how the dots connect to forecast something is super intense and requires help from humans;
2. The tonnage of data that we collect & analyze to do this comes from many disparate places;
3. Broad Foxes beat Narrow Hedgehogs - "experts" have difficultly analyzing and forecasting, thus the model is called into question unless a mix of professionals were consulted to understand humans.
